Help File Feedback

We want to say thanks to all of you who have sent us feedback from within the Help file in the Financial Edge NXT. Your input and suggestions are helping us improve the help content.



Your feedback has touched on all areas of the product, including journal entry, bank accounts, general ledger, payables, reporting, and exporting to Excel. Comments range from requests for more information on a topic to specific questions, like “How do I print a list?” 


Our team reviews and monitors your feedback on a daily basis. Some feedback we can act upon the same day it’s received, whereas other feedback might require more time and research. So far, we’ve updated 100s of topics, so please keep your comments coming! 

Haven’t used the Help file?

If you weren’t aware of the Help file, or haven’t used it in a while, we encourage you to give it a shot the next time you have a question.  You can always click the Help icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to access the help file. The help panel opens and displays information about the screen you are currently on.
