One of my biggest struggles working in the Finance office was processing credit card expense reports and invoice requests. Our paper process was a pain for individuals to fill out and frustrating for managers to approve, making it difficult for me to process in a timely fashion. I would have loved to have the functionality of tools like Financial Edge NXT Credit Card Management and Expense Management. Being able to streamline the entire expense management process with automation tools would have been a game changer for me.
