Total Web Solution Journey
We have exciting news about the Total Web Solution (TWS) for Financial Edge NXT! Initially planned by the end of March, we’ve extended the timeline to May 2025 to give you more time to adopt specific features, not yet in web view.
Access to certain database view areas will continue through May of this year, ensuring a smooth transition to the new web view features.
Stay engaged with our TWS journey right here and through our dedicated Total Web Solution page, the upcoming Product Update Briefing (PUB), your monthly emails, and of course, the in-product notifications. These resources will keep you up to date on the latest developments and what's coming next. Thank you for being part of this exciting transformation!

Expense Management User Settings
We recently received customer questions about the User summary column under User settings in Expense Management.
The User summary column lists the email addresses of your WebPortal (web-only) users with a Blackbaud ID. If you have not associated your WebPortal users with a BBID, nothing appears in the User summary column.
To better track and manage your web-only users, it’s important that all active users accept the invitation to FENXT and have a Blackbaud ID. To access the User summary column, go to Expense management settings, User settings.

These updates are so helpful! Thank you!
One question about the database view capability to push GL Accounts and Projects from FE to Raiser's Edge. We use this extensively and I'm wondering when it might be migrated to FE NXT?
Thanks William. I believe that feature is being added to Raiser’s Edge. https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/41783
