The Buzz: November 2023 Edition!

Happy November, Community! There is a lot going on, so let’s get started.

The Product Update Briefings are happening next week, and you’ll want to be a part of them – register now!

You’ll hear the product teams recap what they’ve been working on over the last several months, share recent product enhancements, and discuss their future vision for the product.

The sessions start on November 14th and run until the 16th and are available regionally in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Pacific.

November Monthly Challenge:

This month’s challenge is centered around the Blackbaud Product Update Briefings! After you watch the Product Update Briefing for your Blackbaud solution(s), be sure to head to the relevant product community and participate in the discussion sharing what you are excited about. We’ll publish a blog post next week in Community News with links to all the discussions to make it easy for you to participate.

Members who respond to these discussions will receive this exclusive badge for completing November’s monthly challenge:

Community Tip of the Month:

Did you know that our product teams use your ideas for improving the products and you can submit those ideas right here in the community?

The ideas banks live in each product community and are easily accessible by clicking “ideas’ on the top navigation menu.

In addition to submitting your own ideas, you can also read the ones already submitted and cast your vote for the ideas you’d like to see implemented.

Please note that the ideas banks are hosted on a separate platform and require a separate log in from your Blackbaud ID.

Who knows – your idea or one that you voted on might be mentioned in the Product Update Briefings!

We are getting ready to welcome our newest cohort of Blackbaud Community All-Stars! Nominations are now open through November 17, and we encourage everyone to nominate themselves or another member of the Community who they find to be engaged, helpful, and a great source of expertise and information.
