Web forms which integrate with Raiser's Edge

Hi,


We're looking at options for a simple 'update your details' form for our website, which would integrate with RE. Blackbaud are talking to us about NetCommunity but the cost is huge, although we like the extra functionality that this has. We are looking at some other options for standalone forms, but those I have been speaking to don't seem to be able to integrate with our CRM.


Does anyone have any recommendations?

To what extent do you want the form to "integrate" with RE? I think the key is getting the changed data you need from the constituent. You can create a form in google docs that will collect the data and then pull that information from your google sheet and make the changes in RE. It's that last part you';; have to figure out the best way to get those changes made. Manually? Importing? Importacular plugin?

I wrote a blog post a while ago outlining how you would setup a donation form online, take payment and feed that, and any updated information into RE. I am sure that it could be adapted to simply take an update instead without the payments.
