Rise Articulate 360

I have a teacher that built a Rise Articulate 360 course unit in grad school and she wants to use it for her french class. She can export to an LMS: Choose an LMS standard: xAPI (Tin Can API), SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, or AICC. Will any of those work in Education Management?

Export a Rise 360 course as an LMS package when you need to track learners’ progress. Rise 360 supports xAPI-, SCORM-, and AICC-compliant LMSs.

  1. Open the course from your Rise 360 dashboard and click Export in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose LMS from the Export Type drop-down list.
  3. Choose an LMS standard: xAPI (Tin Can API), SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, or AICC.
  4. Select a Tracking option (completion percentage, quiz result, or Storyline block) and decide if you want to display an Exit Course Link for learners. (If you're tracking a quiz result and exporting a SCORM or AICC package, you also get to choose a reporting option.)
  5. Click Export in the upper right corner again to generate the package. (If there are any errors in your course, such as a blank lesson, Rise 360 will ask if you want to edit the course or continue with the export.)
  6. Click Back to Course in the upper right corner to continue working while Rise 360 generates your zip file. When it’s ready, you’ll receive an email notification with a download link. (For a small course, you may immediately be prompted to download the zip file before you have a chance to go back to the course editor. Just choose a location on your computer and click Save.)
  7. Click the download link in the notification email, then click Download Course on the web page that opens. Choose a location on your computer and click Save.
  8. Upload the zip package to your LMS. If your LMS requires you to identify the launch file, point to indexapi.html.
