Prospect Plan Outlines in Altru

Does anyone have Prospect Plan Outlines they use in Altru that they would be willing to share?  I am starting from scratch for our major giving and annual giving programs (yes, I know there is a canned outline), however, would like to see plans from those organizations who are having success with their plans.

    I'm the Development Coordinator at our museum and work closely work with our ED on all Prospect tracking in Altru. I recently began moving everything from an Excel spreadsheet calendar into Altru at the beginning of the fiscal year and have had great success! Since it is a very new system I just sat down with our ED and we went through her normal workflow to create outlines for Grants and Sponsorship asks. These outlines have been the most used for us, as she was able to define her tasks and steps. We kept it very basic, with super simple "days from start" fields. 



    The most customization comes in with the dates, especially as timelines shift, so they are basically placeholders. I'm no expert, but the Prospect Management extension has been one of my main tasks in Altru this year, so feel free to reach out if you ever need to work through things!

    Yes, under the Prospects tab you'll see the "Major Giving Setup" Configuration option. From there you can tweek existing outlines or create your own :)
