W-9's

I have 2 entities set up in NXT. One gives me the option to name an attachment a W9 the other does not. Does anyone know if there is a setting I need to fix to label the attachment a W-9

if you have the database version, you can setup the table in the Configuration, for the different types of documents that you will attach.

Laura-Since you can do it for the one entity and not the other, it sounds like a tech support question.  You already have the W9 set up in the table, so that is not the problem.  There seems to be something with the one entity.  Tech support may be able to look behind the scenes and see that there is "some button or switch" that is just not set the correct way.


I personally like the chat feature, usually get answers and if not they are great about getting back to you.  Just click on the question mark in the upper right corner then click on chat.

in the database, you need to setup a table- Accounts Payable/Configuration/Tables/Media Type


we have several types setup, so that at a glance it tells us what type of media it is.
