Changing 'Options' for multiple events at one time in 'Manage event registration forms'

Hi all!


I'm curious to see if anyone knows how to change the 'Options' in 'Manage event registration forms' for multiple events at one time, or re-set standard language for all programs?




We've been using timed ticketing for admission across our different sites since reopening last August. Each site is set up as a Program with individual events as time slots throughout the day.


There's quite a few items we like to change in the Options field (e.g., length to time out, max number of tickets per order, and other elements of the language for ticketing).


Despite our many efforts we haven't been able to find a way to customize this language in our template, or to change the language for multiple events at one time. We've been editing for each individual time slot since re-opening, but it's quite a tedious process and it seems there's must be a way to do it that we just haven't been able to uncover. One of my colleagues found a way to change the language, but this seems to only be an option for events that don't require registration (all of our events do require registration).


Please let me know if you've encountered this issue and been able to find a solution - or at least a more time-saving workaround!

We have run into the same issue as well. After a couple cases with the support team opened, we've been advised there is no solution, rather just recommendations to review open ideas on the community page. It's a shame to me the webform flexibility isn't consistent between event registrations and program pages. For us, I try to stay away from event registrations whenever possible but are also in the process of building a partnership with Social Good to create our web forms moving forward. Rick is great to work with! I'd highly recommend reaching out to him and his team to see if you can find any synergies too!
