Hi

I'm try to complete the Accelerator For Raiser’s Edge NXT 101 Course and are using the my Cohort Environment as I don't want to use a client's environment.

The problem is I can't complete week 2 as I don't have the permissions to create an constituent. ?

Can one please tell me how I can get around this issue without the buying a full licensed copy of RE NXT?

As want is the point of the Cohort Environment if you can't even develop new skills that Blackbaud are telling us about and even complete the training provided? ?

    Thanks for reaching out, and very sorry you're having an issue!

    The SKY Developer Cohort environment is a shared environment with lots of developers from different organizations participating. So we generally give developers readonly access to start off (in many cases this is good enough given the nature of the integration they are building) and as developers need more access we can (upon request) elevate them to a role that includes additional write-access.

    We'll discuss giving Accelerator students write-access from the start. In the meantime, I've upgraded your user account to a role in the Cohort that includes write-access, so you should be able to create constituent records.
