Feasibility of Submitting Additional Documents via IGAM - Only for Considered Grant Applications

Does anyone use IGAM to request additional documents (e.g.: 990, AFS) only for those organizations who are being considered for potential funding? We would like to streamline our current application process to alleviate the documentation intake on the front end. I was thinking that perhaps creating a 2 stage application could help or creating a requirement for the additional docs and then publishing the requirement to the web.

    Both those solutions would work for you - we also use a 2 stage application, and on the 2nd stage we request attachments for specific documents we require.

    we tend to use published requirements to web after we have approved and started a grant relationship, but I see no reason why you couldn't do a publish requirement for specific documents whilst it's at a pending stage.
