When the fiscal sponsor's operating budget is less than the sponsored project.
We currently have a scenario where the fiscal sponsor's current operating budget is less than the project organization's budget. The grant application is pending approval, however I would like to know if other's have run into this situation and if so for compliance purposes what type of documentation do your request from the fiscal sponsor; in addition to the fiscal sponsor agreement.
