Script/record operation to 'remove/delete all data' about a supporter?

Dear all,

Do any of you have an operation (e.g., a record operation), which can be used if a supporter requests that we 'delete all data' about them, but can't just delete their record because it contains financial information? We presently do this manually, by anonymising the name, removing contact details, checking Documentation and Interactions for anything relevant and either deleting or anonymising them, anonymising Revenue/Accounts information and credit cardholder name fields.

If you don't have an easy technical operation to do this, what do you manually?
