Use of ApexConnect for Concur/NXT

Our agency is reviewing use of ApexConnect as integration between Concur purchasing software and F/E NXT. We would like to ask for any feedback on the use of ApexConnect, including how successful the implementation was, what ongoing issues are experienced and how well certain problems have been addressed, how customer support has worked out or not, and any other feedback on the upgrade, implementation, and integration processes. Thank you.

We've used ApexConnect for four years as API connector between Concur for Expense reports and Invoice to FE. We also use Apex for daily update to vendors, projects and donors from FE to Concur. We'll soon use Apex to transfer copies of receipts, invoices and approvals from Concur to our Sharepoint environment for backup and final offline approvals before payment.

We found them very helpful and accommodating when implementing and for follow-up issues related to technical errors in the imports. The portal is good for resolving some issues, such as attribute name length, because Concur limits the length in the export field and we need to add a couple of characters before importing to FE. The implementation and annual service fees are very reasonable and possibly the best value for service we have for IT expenses.
