AP Automation - Pros & Cons of Each Provider

Our organization is beginning to look into possible AP Automation solutions to use for Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT. I was hoping to get some feedback from others here around what providers they think work well and what the pros and cons of each solution is.

Which provider did your organization go with and why? What have you found to be the pros of using that provider? What have been the cons of using that provider? What did you find easy? What did you find difficult? What were the biggest challenges you faced in implementation?

I'm attempting to do due diligence and research before looking at all possible solution. We have a call scheduled with AvidXchange to look at that next week, and we'll also be looking at Certify since we already have an established relationship with them for Credit Card processing and mileage reimbursement.

Any help or guidance you could provide would be incredibly appreciated in this matter.
