Registrations not showing up on Event Record's participants section
I selected my event record on the event form. The form says I have 20 registrants, but when I look into the event record there are no participants. How do I link the registration to the event record to populate my participants?

Online Express transactions (donation or event registration) does not automatically “go in” to Raiser's Edge. Someone from your org having access to RE/Online Express must go into it and process the transactions in order for it to show up.The video on the page is not for processing transactions, but if you go to the youtube channel for Blackbaud there will be video for them, the PDF on the page is for processing donation, event registration processing is very simliar
