Access to see Vendor's attachments such as W9

Hi , After FE move the security module to webview, our AP users could not see the attachment under the vendor's main screen. Where can I enable the access so the users can see the attachments? Thanks

@Sabrina Wong, I think that it may be “Media” rights that includes the attachments.
