Reporting Export to Excel data is messed up

Anyone having this issue?

When I select the “Export Excel Data” for my reports, the headers are being merged into one cell.

This messes up some of my work process. I have not problem with the Export Excel when the report is completed, that is what I expect.

This was not the case last month, so my guess is some update has screwed this up.

So I looked back at my previous cases, and sure enough I recall some previous issue with the Export to Excel data. Last time, in May 2021, it added rows to my report.
