User Activity within Raiser's Edge

Hi -

I'm trying to find a comprehensive user activity log within RENXT that's pretty much an audit of every time someone has logged in/logged out and any actions they may have taken while they're in the webview (updated a constituent address, added a gift, updated a membership, added a note, etc.)

Any ideas?

@Kevin Hardy - Unfortunately, this report does not natively exist. There is a third-party app you can use to find this info out for the future, it can't look to the past.

If you have a moment, check out the RE NXT Idea Bank, and make sure this is represented.

This is why some organizations lock everything and make you submit a request to get things changed! Being at a small organization that is already trying to encourage people to put their notes in the system, it isn't doable for us.

Biggest headache was when we got a call from a donor to say they had the wrong name on their mailing. Someone changed it to their brother's name thinking it was incorrect!! Fun conversation to have with your CEO.

or you can build your own “AuditTrail” if you inclined to do so. I did this with my org using all the available webhook API, and this is what I have:

But same with AuditTrail you are limited to what Blackbaud has webhook for. However, this has been quite useful for me as I have resolve a few “I didn't do it” situation with this log.
