Lunch on teachers' schedules?

We have daily lunch and weekly required appointments (Assembly, Office Hours, etc.) that are set up as Activities with their own schedule sets; I enroll all students so the appointments appear on their calendars. I want to do the same for teachers, but when I enroll teachers, they all become activity leaders and then appear on all of the roster and schedule reports.

How do other schools create a comprehensive schedule (including classes and other standing appointments) so teachers can view it on their My Day calendar? Thanks for any tips you can share!
