Adding a gift grid to a donor letter?

I know how to add a grid to an email in Power Automate, but adding one to a word template is giving me fits of either ‘all the formatting tags are visible and useless’ or just plain not working. The scenario is I want to create a letter to send to recurring donors as their gifts are coming to an end that will include a list of their gifts for the calendar year (along with an ask to renew their gift). How can I get the gift grid in the letter?
