Policies and Procedures Guide or Manual
Hi Altru users - do any of you have a Policy and Procedure or Best Practice guide that you would be willing to share? My organization does not have one and I am finding that it is very much needed. As I begin to create one, I would appreciate examples for best practices in general data entry, gift entry, and membership creation. Also, constituencies, attributes, marketing and communications would be great. I am also open to other resources as I work on this project. Thanks!
