Looking for Sponsorship Benefit Tracking Solutions

Our foundation is currently looking for a more efficient way to track sponsorship benefits. At the moment, we’re relying on an Excel spreadsheet, which is becoming increasingly difficult to manage—especially for things like:

  • Tracking fulfillment of sponsorship benefits
  • Managing multiple sponsors under one package
  • Visually organizing deliverables (logos, signage, ads, etc.)
  • Setting reminders or automating follow-up tasks

We are not using Raiser’s Edge NXT, it it doesn’t quite meet these specific needs out of the box.

If you work with sports or corporate sponsorships, how are you handling benefit tracking at your institution? Are you using your CRM, another platform, or a hybrid solution?
