End of Year Statements

I wanted to create statements for the families that have balances remaining. Does anyone know a way to create a list to generate these and not statements for the whole school or grade?

@Amy ONeil You may have more luck asking this in the billing group. We don't have access to any statement functions in Education Management.

@David Gillespie I believe Amy may be referring to Billing Management which is a solution within the Education Management Platform.

@Amy ONeil If you're working with Billing Management, I believe you can create a list of students with balances using the filters. Go to Lists > Students list and then set your filter for Billing to include the criteria you're looking for (possibly Remaining Balance Greater than 0). That will give you the list of students you're looking for.

Once that's done, you can run your statements based on the list in order to generate a PDF file. Were you planning on emailing out the statements directly? If you wanted statements to be available via the parent portal, I'm not sure if you can publish statements for only those families who carry a remaining balance. But that's a great question for @Julia Meseck

I tried that, as did support and they said there was not a solution and to put it up as an idea. I just thought I would check here first
