Alerting constituents about the change to Altru

We have decided to move all of our systems to Altru: We used Shopify for our Museum Store and Tix for events and classes. We also printed membership cards which did not have a useful membership number - we are moving to digital cards. The biggest change for our members will be to set up a new account in Altru so they can purchase tickets and shop. We are also adding Xtrulink so that our members can do everything from our website.

I want to prepare our members for this change. I would love to hear how you tackled this to ensure a smooth customer experience.
