Does anyone know why my list of Journal batches is no longer showing who approved it and when? All of our users are experiencing this and there in nothing in knowledge base.
@David HurttMore a troubleshooting question for you : If you run the batch detail report, it should show some of that information above each batch you run the report on. Does that information show on the report with the JE's still being blank? If so, I'd say it's a webview specific issue on those columns and would recommend making a support case for them to investigate. I've seen other databases where the columns were providing incorrect/impossible information and had to send it to support to have them resolve it.
@David HurttHave you tried adding those columns back to your JE list page?
