Companywide loss of ability to attach files

Companywide loss of ability to attach .pdf files. Select an Attachment type error as of this morning. We had some choking of data yesterday afternoon, and now this today. Anyone given a heads up about updates or actions being applied to the product for this week?

Brian can you give more details on where in the product yoiu get the error and what error message you are receiving? I was able to add an attachemnt to a Client record just now.

In General Ledger, Journal Entries, within a batch, clicking attach file, and then dragging a .pdf file onto the add attachment pop up.

Still not getting an attachment type drop down, to chose invoice, file, backup, sales tax, etc for reason for attachment. So it prevents attachment process.

I was able to do one in payables about 5 minutes ago, yet the file took 20 times longer to complete the transfer. The issue remains uresolved.

Update, our GL did not have tables created for media types, hence the drop down had no options and hung the system up. I still am wondering why it happened with a known good table after encountering this issue. Thanks for the support as we worked it out.
