List gifts only returned 20 results when there's more

Hello,

I have a daily workflow that lists gifts within a certain range and adds an action to the constituent record. I found that this one day last week there were 26 gifts that match the criteria, but List gifts only had 20 outputs. The limit is set to 5000, so I'm not sure if I'm missing anything else. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Stella, assuming nothing changed with your gift entry or api call criteria I would start by testing again with that specific day to confirm it still provides only 20 of the 26.

If it repeats only the 20 of the 26 then I would confirm the criteria against the actual gift data - there may be something that does not meet the criteria which may not be easily evident.

@Stella Limuel I also learned there is a lag time of up to 30 minutes if gifts were entered in DB View and when the gift appears in NXT so if the batch was just barely committed there is a delay.
