Query's not working and applications are very slow

Besides being very slow with all applications, today query's are not working. The below message comes up and not query's show. I've tried in Chrome and Firefox with the same results. Anyone else having this issue?

    We had the same issue a few months back. It had to do with our firewall. Our IT department was able to help but I would contact Blackbaud support as well.
