Instead of webinars are you also considering videos/tutorials? Have you tried Blackbaud University. I found NXT reporting and analysis.1

I don't have access to a Learn subscription. But thanks for the idea.1

The best thing I have seen is Graham Getty's video in Community. You can find this by searching discussions for the one called Limited Release Access to New Report Builder - Create a custom Insight Bank, and then Graham posted an answer on Oct 20, 2018 and embedded a video in that answer showing how to build a dashboard. Hope that helps.2
