Logging into RE database

My coworker is getting an error message when logging into the RE database saying that too many users are logged in at once. We have had at least four members in our team logged into the RE database at one time, and have never had this issue. She is completely unable to access the database, and we only have two other members logged in. Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? Do you know how to see how many people can be logged in at once? I didn't even know this could happen.

    In RE under Help -> About the Raiser's Edge … you'll get a new window with version information and the number of users you're licensed to be in RE simultaneously.

    You might want to check with your Blackbaud Account Manager as we had this problem and when we requested a quote to add more users we found out we had unlimited users we just had to request to turn that feature on
