Formatting mail in RE

Is there a way to customize the format to use addressee A or addressee B for example, otherwise use primary?  Seems there's only one choice if present on the individual, otherwise use primary.  I figured if there is a way to do this you RE experts could help.


The only other option I can conceive is to use an entirely different letter code for this particular group, and format it accordingly.


Appreciate any input.

    IF I'm understanding your question correctly you want to essentially have 3 options for Addressee.  Option A if available, then Option B if A isn't available, then Primary if A and B aren't available. This is sort of possible, except that you don't get Primary as the final default, you get Full Name.

    We had a similar problem after going live with RE July 2019 and I ended up creating a separate letter.  I pick the Letter Code 1 during gift entry (via Batch) if I want Add/Sal 1, Letter 2 if I want Add/Sal 2, etc.
