Exporting Pledge Installment Balance due within a specific timeframe?

Oh wise ones who know more about working with installments than I. How do I export in a Constituent Export the total amount of pledges due via installment(s) within a time-frame?


Example: Donor has an unrestricted $50,000 pledge payable over 5 years (Pledge A), and a restricted $10,000 pledge payable over 5 years (Pledge B) with both having equal installments across the years. Therefore, Donor has a total of $12,000 due this fiscal year. Pledge A was made in FY18 and Pledge B was made in FY19.


I would like the column for FY20 to show $12,000 if nothing has been paid, $10,000 if the installment on Pledge B has been paid, and $0.00 if both pledges have been paid.


I need this in an export with a LOT of other information, so exporting directly from one of the pledge reports won't work for my purposes.

    Try Summary Information -> Total Gift Amount.  Enter your date range on tab 1 (General) and on tab 3 (Gift Types) try this:

    I don't have data to test whether or not this will give you what you're looking for, but it's the only thing I can think of that would get close to what you're looking for. Experiment with adding Pay-Cash to the Gift Types.
