  • Thank you for that update! Will it be retroactive? That is, in situations where we returned the contract manually PRIOR to February 18, will parents have the option to print it?

  • Hi All, a couple of updates specifically for the issue regarding contracts that have been signed and not returned with a successful account creation in Tuition Management. We have determined that the reason this is happening is because responsible signers are navigating away from the contract before it has had a chance to successfully submit, despite the warning that we give not to navigate away. The reason that they are navigating away appears to be due to a slower response time. We are working on fixing this in a few different ways;
    1. We are going to run a fix that will resolve any contracts that are currently in this state. (I will confirm with you when this has been completed). 
    2. We are working to reduce the response time so that it's less likely that a parent would navigate away. 
    3. We will update our warning message about navigating away to include a time frame and to be a bit more direct about what will happen if they navigate away.This will go live next week (Similar to when you're online shopping and you submit your order). 
    4. We had a tiny number of contracts (17 total spread out over all schools out of 62k) that were in the same state due to a bug that will be fixed in next weeks release as well. 
    As for allowing a parent to print the contract, when it is live, it will be retroactive as well.

    The ability to print went live this morning and is retroactive to those that were manually returned prior to 2/18, provided the parent at some point started to review the contract. The ability to print will not be available on contracts that parent have not at minimum reviewed.
