Community Event Participant Information reports

Our school hosts multiple free community events throughout the year where non-students and their families are welcomed to attend. We do not use the registration through LMS (Blackbaud system) but through a Google form since many of the families who attend will not want to create a personal account. We will enter the attendee's information into the database after the event but the Inquiry only shows as Cub Club. Does anyone know a better way to track these attendees through LMS so that we can pull reports specifically just for these people?

  • I'm following this as well.  In the past we have registered participants but needed to go through RaisersEdge (even if not collecting money for the event). We would like to track who comes to information events and then later turns into an applicant without using good old Excel.
