Online Applications - Applicant Email Address

Thank you Tania for the proposed solution.  In our cases that did not work. 


For those who have experienced the same issue, do you have examples of who the email providers were?


As a work-around, I have tested adding the applicant in BBGM (first name, last name and email only) then the resetting the grantee's password.  However, this is not a practical approach and would rely on the potential applicant contacting us to say they were having problems.
