Refund partial package
Any advice on how to refund 1 ticket in a package of 4 that was purchase more than 6 months ago?

The inability to do partial refunds on packages resulted in us not utilizing the Event Packages feature this year. We had to do refunds through the credit card merchant. In our case, that was Blackbaud Merchant Services.1
