Email that was supposedly sent remains in drafts
Hi everyone,
I set up an email in Online Express yesterday and sent it to a fairly large list of contacts around 5:30 PM EDT. The system appeared to hang for a while as the email send was being processed, but when I checked on it later, while the system was no longer hung up, the email remained as a draft. It appears it was never sent. I don't know why this is as I'm certain I hit 'send message' and not 'send test' (the system doesn't seem to get hung up when I send test messages). The email was not scheduled - once it was approved to send I hit 'send message' and off it went - or so I thought, anyway. I've checked everything on the 'Get Ready to Send' tab and it appears all the pertinent information was entered, so I have no idea what happened.
Would anyone be able to provide some insight into this? I'd like to get this email out, and I'd also like to avoid this happening again.

Never mind. I tried sending it again and this time I got the confirmation message confirming that I wanted to send the email. I did, so off it went. I'm not sure why I didn't receive this earlier. It had been a while since I last sent an email using Online Express (we use a couple different platforms where I work), so I failed to remember that this confirmation message would pop up first or else I would have tried it again earlier when it initially failed. Oh well, live and learn.
