Deferring Payroll Deduction for Employee Pledges
I am fairly new to my organization (Hospital Foundation) and we had just completed and Employee Giving Campaign at the end of February. Donors could choose a one-time cash donation, a one-time Payroll Deduction gift, or one of several Payroll Deduction Clubs (different amounts paid bi-weekly over two years.) MY ISSUE NOW: Once Covid-19 hit and affected our hospital employees, we decided to CHANGE THE PAYROLL DEDUCTION START DATE from May 21, to September 10. I have looked and looked for a way to do this via a Global Change and keep coming up empty. I have made a "Gift" Query to identify the records I want to change-- I simply cannot see how to change the start date on the pledge schedule.
Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

Agree, doesn't seem to be option in global change.
I think you could do it as you said you have a query of the gifts to change by exporting the gift info and id etc., change your start date and then import it back in as an update to record. I'd try it with a couple records and see if it works.2 -
