I would like to add an attribute to some of my members.  And I am thinking a batch process where I have the batch grid, search for the constituent, find them, and add what I need to the row, and tab to the next row and do the same. After all have been entered onto the spreadsheet, I commit and by committing the records are updated with the added attributes. I'm having some trouble finding the process for this.  (I was much better at RE batch than Altru).  Can someone point me in the right direction or send me a knowledge base link?


The few here needing updates I don't think requires a complicated import - I only have for some records their email address.

    I have in my notes... What this doesn't say:  

    When you edit the Import Process on the Constituent Matching tab, check the box that says "check for records that match existing constituents."

    In the Other tab, use the radial button - Quick Find


    I haven't done this in a while so I hope that is enough to help you. I had to use a few resources and a lot of trial and error to get it to work the first time.

    I do have a set of data that I need to batch enter, but it is not a today project.
