Marketing export definition - including data which is filtered out

I'm trying to pull data only for Application = Recurring Gift - using the filters within the markeing export definition,  but when I run the export def though the marketing effort and export it, it shows all revenue :(  So frustrating.


The filter on the data is working (between two dates) but it seems to ignore the Application equals Recurring Gift.


Any ideas?

    Hi Liz-

    Just want to check on a few things. In the Marketing ExDef, let's say you're trying to pull the amount of an Application for a Regular Gift. If you bring in Constituent Marketing Information->Constituent->Revenue->Application, and then the Amount field, the system is going to give you two sets of criteria.

    On the first, you'll probably want to limit to Transaction Type = Payment, and you can specify however many potential payments to export.

    On the next, you'll be asked to specify Application = Recurring Gift, and you should only need 1 I'd imagine.


    If I'm off on my assumptions, or you've done that and it's bugging out, please let me know.
