Donation 2.0 Recurring Gift Error

Hello! I created a Donation 2.0 form to process recurring gifts. When I clicked "continue", I received the error "Starting Date: Invalid format."

I purposefully left the "Allow donor to enter starting date" box unchecked, so the form automatically populates with the current date.

I don't understand how the date could be an "invalid format" when the system populates that field automatically. Any ideas?

    I don't quite understand what is going on with recurring gifts. I am using Online Express and it used to be much simpler. Now the first entry comes in with a "Test result" entry on the field the authorization was supposed to display. I use batches to process the gifts that come in which is not helping in this case. Finally I am just going to the constituent record and adding a gift without the batch just by going to the gift tab on the donor's records and it's working for me. This is after I the first entry has come in successfully.


    It might be that the field is not set for date entries...
