ERROR message after event ticket has been purchased.

Hi Kristen - this has happened at our organization. It's an Unresolved Online Sales Order. These can happen for any number of reasons (incorrect security code, incorrect billing address, etc.).

At our organization, we've noticed this will happen with our theater - for some reason, the online transaction doesn't choose a show time, so the payment goes through, but Altru doesn't connect what program the payment is for.
