Guest passes remain unchanged after global change of membership expiration dates.

After our closure due to COVID-19, we added two-month extensions to all memberships in our database. After checking the guest passes, their expiration dates did not follow the same change, so they are all incorrect. Is there a global change or any tools to change those to be the same as the membership expiration dates?

  • You are correct, the guest passes don’t update
    with the membership utility tool, even after they came out with
    their 2.0 version. I griped about this already to some BB support
    people and my account rep. I think if more from the community
    continue to express interest in this additional update, they might
    listen!!!

    I'm pretty glad not to have implemented that (yet).  But I was recently looking at the Global Change options in Altru.  Wahhh RE was so much easier when it came to certain aspects.
