LaTeX equation ends with vertical line...

in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussions
I am familiar with LaTeX (which is compatible with Blackbaud and which worked fine for me last year.)


However, when making a math quiz (assessment in Blackbaud), using LaTeX, all my math equations end with a vertical line which should NOT be there. Any ideas of how to get rid of it?

(Sorry, the resolution is not good in the screenshot below, but the vertical line created by Blackbaud is clear...)

    No, it has not been resolved yet.

    Our school contacted Blackbaud support today. They could not find an immediate solution, but would take a closer look at it.

    I hope to hear back from them shortly.
