Emails from Altru not working

Hi,

I have no other way to reach support, so I hope this goes through. I am having trouble sending emails to recipients, even on a test basis. I go through the process of sending test emails and it says that one of two emails sent (both to valid email addresses) went through. But the one that went through, to myself, never arrived, and never arrived even in spam. This has not happened to me before, and I'm fairly meticulous in following the instructions to send. Altru tells me that one of two emails went out. Nada.


I don't know how to fix this or troubleshoot it because I have no other access to support. It would be helpful if someone could reach out to me directly at steveide@gmail.com so I can resolve this.
