Cancel Automatic Dashboard Emails

I established a new dashboard report and as a trial set it up to email daily to a team member. How can I cancel or change that schedule?

    I'm pretty sure that the recipient will need to unsubscribe from it.  There should be a link in the email that they receive.


    The whole design of the dashboards and emailed reports is kind of surprising and strange to me.  You can set up a dashboard but not manage the distribution of it.  I think that if you wanted to add people, you would have to republish the whole thing.  I haven't had clients use dashboards and emailed reports because they just aren't all that helpful to them.  So I am not fully up to speed on the latest.  My knowledge is from over a year ago, so some things may have changed.

    Currently, once a RE NXT dashboard has been scheduled there is no edit or un-schedule button. Like Karen mentioned, the option is for the recipient to unsubscribe within that email. 

    A suggestion to overcome this may be to send dashboards to an internal email address that your organization controls. You can then forward that email to those you want to receive that information. In any case that you want to change the schedule or the recipient list, you can then do so easily since it is being sent to an email address you can control.
