Luminate Online Analytics What reporting is available for Source Codes

Hi all,


Relatively new user of Luminate Online and I've found multiple posts regarding source codes and their usefulness.  That said couple of questions as it relates to source codes:


1) Is there a report that details Origin source code / sub-source code for each Luminate Online constituent?

2) Is there a report that details source code / sub-source code at the transaction level?  (re: we have lots of campaigns that feature multiple channels and we're looking to understand how people are getting to our campaign landing page)

3) How labor intensive is implementing the s_src & s_sbsrc and is their a comprehensive tutorial or video dedicated to walking through setup?

    Hi David,


    There are a variety of source & subsource code reports available in Luminate, including Origin Source Code (how you first acquired the constituent), as well as reports for donation, ecommerce, advocacy and surveys. If you go to the Knowledgebase and search for "source code report" and the name of the type of report, you should find the instructions you need. 


    If you have specific questions, add them to this thread and I'll do my best to help! I've attached a presentation I did in 2018 on source and subsource codes which may be helpful.
