People accidentally unsubscribing

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get someone back to receiving OLX emails after they've accidentally hit the unsubscribe button? Thank you!

Hi Tracie Frederick‍ - They will need to re-submit their information through your OLX sign-up form. Simply changing how the email is classified in your RE database will not have any affect on the email's 'unsubscribed' status in OLX.

And to put a finer point on what Austen mentions:

We don't have a publicly facing signup page - so I needed to have my web team create a special page with a catchy URL. I embedded my form on that page, and now we can easily follow up with donors by emailing them the link.
