Blackbaud Grantmaking SKY --Generating Templates
Hello!
I'm not sure how many people have started using the new SKY platform. I've only just tried it out a little bit, but I happened to try generating a template(correspondence) while in SKY and I got an error. So it didn't work. Has anyone tried this yet? Is this supposed to be a function that is working yet or is this one of the things that is not yet functional. Any info would be great. Trying here before creating a ticket.

I've found it to be very hit or miss for me. Sometimes I get an error and sometimes it works. If I get an error I close the tab, reopen, and try again. Not the most streamlined but it's worked for me.
